My name is David Siemering. I am the founder of

S-CONS, graduate pedagogue, author and certified GABO coach.

 

When I completed my coaching training in 2004, I was still on active duty as a soldier and coaching on the side. I quickly realized that I was missing the other side, namely the knowledge of the challenges a career as a leader in the military and in business presents. I didn't want to be "the blind man speaking of color" and took on the challenge as an officer in the special forces of the German Armed Forces and later as a leader in the business world, first in a Fortune 500 company and later in a DAX 40 corporation.

 

Now, almost 30 years later, I've witnessed in countless situations how good people make bad decisions. Never maliciously, but always based on false assumptions and self-deception. Many rightly longed for reality and suppressed it until it was too late. Based on these experiences, I developed the Dis-Ception Coaching method over the years and documented it in my book, "Dis-Ception - The Beginning of the End of Your Life's Lie."

This process leads to a more objective and realistic assessment of one's own situation and forms not only a solid foundation for professional success but also for lasting satisfaction and a fulfilling private life.
